Essex Glass & Windscreens provide roadside support for automotive glass repair and replacement. They came to Infoserve needing help with calls and inbound leads.


Maria took over the business (who were already using Infoserve) and the first thing she did was look at what spend the business had across all different areas, this of course included digital marketing.


With Maria's goals for growing the business in mind, Infoserve put together a plan that involved a managed Pay-Per-Click campaign, a brand new website and local listings to help Maria get to where she wanted to  be.

Pay-Per-Click Ads

Before Maria came on board, the business was spending £500 on PPC. Maria spoke to Infoserve and we explained what PPC is, how conversion rates work and how we could improve on what they currently had.


After tweaking a few things Maria then decided to increase their PPC budget to £700 to see if customer attraction increased. She could see the changes we made worked and the increase in sales were aligning with her own data and the data Infoserve provided her with monthly.


Happy with the results Maria then increased the PPC budget to £1000 and then would later go on to increase it further to £1600 per month, seeing a positive ROI and growth throughout.

With Essex Glass & Windscreens previously utilising Infoserve's expert designers to build them a new website, Maria knew she could trust us when we explained we'd need to make some changes to accommodate the influx of traffic we were going to deliver.


Infoserve optimised the website for conversions and improved user experience in order to convert as many website visitors as possible and drive more sales.
