After the success of our work on Tennant Podiatry, Paul Tennant asked Infoserve to turn around The Bell Practice: a second company he bought out in 2022. Together, the Infoserve team created a new branding template and website design with copywriting built in, and since then, The Bell Practice has seen a noticeable uptick in enquiries.

Our aim was to create a soft, soothing website design that instilled a sense of trust in The Bell Practice’s customers.

Alongside web design, we ran local SEO for Chorlton and the surrounding areas of Chorlton, Old Trafford, Stretford, Stockport, Wythenshawe, Cheadle, Didsbury, and Carrington. Since we started, The Bell Practice has ranked on the first page of Google for the search term ‘Podiatry’ in each of these areas.

Our SEO increased organic traffic to their website by 17% which subsequently increased enquiries by 10% and calls by 21% from this traffic.

We conducted targeted PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft Bing with a focus on the key search terms podiatry, acupuncture and sports massage. 


Since January 2023, we have increased their monthly enquiries to an average of 100 calls a month, with 611 total phone calls between January 2024 and June 2024 - 39% more clicks compared to the previous period.
